UPDATE: Power Restored in Bartlesville
UPDATE: As of 1 p.m. Tuesday, PSO is reporting power has been restored to most customers impacted by the outage. The traffic light at Adams Boulevard and Silver Lake Road is still out, as is electric service to some of the businesses in the area. We're told this was a planned outage as crews are working on the transmission line behind Lee Lake Park.
Claremore Continues Storm Debris Cleanup
Folks in Claremore are still dealing with a huge amount of debris left behind from May's tornado. The cleanup job is proving to be a massive undertaking, but the city is chipping away as fast as it can to make headway. The city manager says there are still several weeks of work to go.

Archeologists found several grave shafts under the oak tree that was recently removed in the search for victims of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. This week part of the team is working to excavate by hand to get a closer look at burials exposed last week. The other part of the team is still using the backhoe to look at other areas.

Final opportunities to ride in a 100-year-old vintage car this summer at The Heart of Route 66 Auto Museum
SAPULPA – Officials with the Heart of Route 66 Auto Museum are reminding the public they have less than two months to take part in the third-annual vintage car rides. The vintage car rides take place every Saturday morning starting at the museum. Currently, guests can ride in a 1923 Packard and drive to Pretty Water Lake. A driver is provided and the car rides take place between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., weather permitting. The rides will run through the end of September.
