Motorcycle driver injured after collision with deer near Lima early Wednesday night
LIMA, Ill. — The driver of a motorcycle was critically injured on Wednesday night after colliding with a deer near Lima. The Adams County Sheriff’s Department responded at approximately 5:06 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, to a single vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of East 500th and North 2900th Avenue. The driver of a black 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle was northbound on East 500th Street when a deer entered the road. The motorcycle collided with the deer, and the driver was ejected from the motorcycle and subsequently landed in a ditch.
