Former Mississippi hotel owner indicted on tax evasion, embezzlement charges
A former Mississippi hotel owner was arrested on tax evasion and embezzlement charges. Ryan Patrick Mullen, a former businessman from Natchez, is in custody after being indicted by an Adams County Grand Jury on charges of tax evasion and embezzlement. Mullen, 43, was already sentenced in March to over 13 years in federal prison for fraud convictions related to the purchase of The Briars antebellum home and two hotels in Natchez.
