Second person indicted in death of Albany woman; Murder charge against first suspect dropped
A grand jury has indicted a second man in connection with the death of a woman killed after her ex-boyfriend was sentenced for assaulting her. Patrick Dean, 37, was arrested last month in the death of Sky Lemmons-Dixon, the Times Union reported. Lemmons-Dixon, 23, was shot in her State Street Apartment last Christmas Day.
