Senior veterans take flight in restored WWII-era plane | Get Uplifted
LEESBURG, Va. — Seven senior veterans who took the flight of a lifetime are getting us uplifted. Thanks to an organization whose mission is to give back to those who gave so much, the veterans got to experience the excitement of a 20-minute flight soaring 1,000 feet in a restored World War II-era biplane at the Leesburg Executive Airport.

This original production follows a trio of pigs as they leave the farm for the big city, where they encounter Wolfie, the smooth talking owner of a club who makes them an offer they can’t refuse. With catchy songs, and lively dance numbers, this swingin’ musical is sure to entertain audiences of all ages, but is particularly geared towards children ages 5 to 12 years old.
