Vermont State Police Log: Domestic assault suspect flees police
ADDISON COUNTY — Vermont State Police late last week cited a Whiting man for an alleged sexual assault earlier in the month. Troopers on June 28 cited 20-year-old Carson Bertrand for sexual assault. State police detectives on June 10 began investigating an incident that occurred on June 4. Police said they determined that Bertrand engaged in nonconsensual sexual contact with an adult victim.
