Shelter Announce Northeast Headlining Dates
Shelter announced a four-date run of headlining dates for September on their Instagram. Yes, I can see the gears turning in your head going “I know the name Shelter, but I can’t remember from where.” Well, to remind you, Shelter is the Hare Krishna-based band from Youth of Today vocalist Ray Cappo that he started in the early ‘90s. Once they started banning Hare Krishnas from airports, I guess the religion needed a new way to spread their message, and hardcore punk seemed like the next most viable option.

Recently, Duke has gotten Jeremy Roach, Trevor Keels, Darren Harris and Patrick Ngongba from Paul XI. And now they have offered Jordan Smith. Smith is a 6-3 guard...
