Christmas Light Parade fundraiser on 7/26

The city of Blue Island is holding the Christmas Light Parade fundraiser at the Lyric Theater on Friday, July 26 from 6 PM to 9 PM CT. All of the proceeds will go to keep the children's activities at the Blue Island Christmas Light Parade scheduled for Saturday, December 7 free of charge.

Tickets for the event are $40 per person. You can still purchase tickets at this link provided by the Christmas Light Parade.

The link says that you will receive food and two free drink tickets, but they have upped the ante to three free drink tickets since the fundraiser is on Friday. There will also be raffle baskets, a lottery tree fitting for the Christmas in July theme, and a 50/50 split the pot raffle with the winning ticket announced around 9 PM.

The Lyric Theater is located at 12952 Western Avenue.
