The Detroit Pistons went through a rough patch last season going 14-68. The rebuild went back to square one due the amount of injuries to the team. Detroit experienced so many injuries that only two players on the team played more than 70 games.

Hopefully, the injuries will not rack up again this season because the Pistons ended up with two draft picks that should ensure that the team will be better than last season.

    Round 1, Pick 5: Ron Holland II - SF - G League Ignite. 6'7", 197 lbs (20.6 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 3.2 apg, 2.5 spg).

Holland is a true scorer when driving to the lane or scoring in the post who also brings effort on defense. If he had any jump shot at all (24% 3-PT FG%), then he would have easily been the first pick in this Draft.

    Round 2, Pick 7: Bobi Klintman - SF - Cairns (NBL-Australia). 6'7", 212 lbs (9.7 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 35.7% 3-PT FG%).

Klintman has the length that Detroit is looking for because half of the players on the roster are between 6'6" and 6'9". He possibly could see some time off of the bench because he desperately adds three-point shooting to this team.

Overview: Holland is a steal at five because his athleticism is off the charts. Once he develops a jump shot, then he will be a perennial All-Star. Klintman also has the potential to develop into a solid contributor for Detroit as well. Since he made the main roster as a second round pick, then he fits the bill as a steal as well in this NBA Draft.

    Grade: A.
