Summer Book Sale on 8/17

The Friends of the Joliet Public Library will be holding a summer book sale at the Black Road Branch on Saturday, August 17 from 10 AM to 3 PM CT.

The books that will be on sale will be in the Rock Run Room on the first floor in the library to the right of the front desk.

All of the books on sale will be $1 or less. The adult hardcover books will be buy one, get one free. A special book sale will occur during the last hour between 2 PM and 3 PM in which you will be able to fill up a bag of books for $3. Proceeds from this book sale will go to help fund literacy programs at the Joliet Public Library.

Tomorrow will be a good time for you to grab some books to read so that you will be able to gain some knowledge and some insight against adversaries in your future endeavors.
