State of Illinois Virtual Job Fair on 8/28 (Spanish-speaking only)

The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) is holding a virtual job fair on Wednesday, August 28 from 2 PM to 3 PM CT. This career fair will be Spanish-speaking only.

The State of Illinois needs plenty of workers that can speak Spanish due to the influx of migrants this year throughout the Land of Lincoln. Did you know that 1 out of every 3 Latinos that are currently living in Illinois were born outside of the United States of America?

That explains why the IDHS is having the virtual job fair tomorrow. Right now, the State of Illinois has over 350 open positions for bilingual applicants. You can look at this link provided by IDHS to see which cities throughout the state have career opportunities for you.
