The Process never processed because the Philadelphia 76ers were not able to transfer the regular season success to the postseason. The Sixers ended up 47-35 last season, but were bounced from the Eastern Conference First Round by the New York Knicks.

Philadelphia knew that some major changes needed to be made, so the 76ers signed Paul George in free agency along with signing veterans Reggie Jackson, Andre Drummond, Caleb Martin, and KJ Martin. The time to win is now. Plus, Philadelphia were able to add two draft picks to bolster the roster even further.

    Round 1, Pick 16: Jared McCain - PG - Duke. 6'3", 197 lbs (14.3 ppg, 5 rpg, 1.9 apg, 1.1 spg, 41.4% 3-PT FG%).

McCain was able to live up to the hype by becoming one of Duke's most important players down the stretch. He drains open threes consistently, but he can also create his shot off of the dribble as well. He passes well in half-court situations. He should see some time off of the bench at either guard position.

    Round 2, Pick 11: Adem Bona - C - UCLA. 6'10", 235 lbs (12.4 ppg, 5.9 rpg, 1.8 bpg).

Bona is great on the defensive end at blocking and altering shots. He will be given time to develop on the offensive end. He will more than likely see time when Joel Embiid misses time this upcoming season (39 games last season).

Overview: McCain is a steal at 16 and has the potential to become an eventual starter soon. Bona adds depth in the post.

    Grade: B+.
