The City of Markham, LifeHouse, the Illinois Department of Employment Security, and the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership is sponsoring the Markham Job & Resource Connect at the Markham Park District on Wednesday, September 18 from 10 AM to 2 PM CT.

This event is a job fair and a resource fair at the same time. You will be able to apply for new jobs in the area along with finding out what community resources that are available to you that will allow for you to put yourself back on your feet.

As further incentive to show up for this connect, there will be an raffle each and every hour during the event in which a person can win a $100 Amazon gift card. The gift card could end up being quite handy for you with Christmas right around the corner if you win the raffle.
