The Protect Ohio Children Coalition will be holding their annual Protect Ohio Children Summit on Friday, September 27 from 10 AM to 3 PM EST at the North Columbus Baptist Church. The doors will open early at 9:30 AM for registration. The cost for registration will be $25, and you will have to show a valid state-issued ID. This summit will have free lunch included so that you will not be able to use hunger as an excuse to not protect the children of Ohio.

This seminar will show you how to become a watchdog in your community in order to prevent your children from being indoctrinated by ideological thinking that is different from your beliefs and to also protect your children from harm so that they will not be taken advantage of like when US Rep. Jim Jordan covered up the Ohio State wrestling scandal.

The Protect Ohio Children Summit will talk about six different topics that have been deemed to be controversial in the curriculum of the State of Ohio Public Schools. Here is a look at all six categories.

    - Social Emotional Learning (SEL): SEL is used to teach children self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. However, some parents do not want their children to learn these aspects in life.

    - K-6 Inappropriate Sexualization: Children are taught some things that parents deem to be offensive in the areas of gender and sexuality.

    - 7-12 Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE): CSE gives teenagers information about their sexuality and their reproductive health. However, some parents do not want some of the things taught to their teenage children.

    - School-Based Health Clinics: In some cases, what the clinicians prescribe are different from the beliefs of some parents in regards to the health of the children.

    - Inappropriate Books: Each state bans books from being used in their school curriculum. This summit will show you how to place a complaint against a teacher that is using one of these banned books in the classroom.

    - Title IX: Some parents do not want their female girls to compete in high school sports against transgenders because it gives transgenders an unfair physical advantage.

Here is a list of the speakers at this event.
