(Indianapolis, IN) — College football fans will have a few new things to watch for when it comes to rules of the game and the administration of the game when the season kicks off late next month. Big Ten supervisor of officials Bill Carollo says the most noticeable difference will be the addition of a two-minute warning, the use of video tablets by players and coaches on the sidelines, and the use of a “green dot” helmet, allowing one player on each team to hear the coach’s plays calls through a speaker in his helmet.
The Baltimore Ravens Will Trade Mark Andrews to the Indianapolis Colts
Now, you may be asking why the Ravens would trade away their top receiver. Allow me to explain. Andrews is 28 and under contract for just the next two seasons. The Ravens currently have negative cap space projected for 2025 and need to get above the cap. While Andrews has been the go-to, he would help free up $11 million and the Ravens have a valuable backup option in Isaiah Likely who can fill the void. Especially if the Ravens take a decline this season, they need to get the draft capital to move up and get a true number one receiver in the draft.
