Since Its 2016 Opening In Atlanta, GA, Co-Founders 2 Chainz And Mychel ‘Snoop’ Dillard Have Expanded Esco Restaurant And Tapas To 3 States

2 Chainz’s footprint in the food industry is steadily growing.

The rapper founded Esco Restaurant & Tapas, established in Atlanta, GA , in 2016, alongside his business partner Mychel “Snoop” Dillard, per Franchise Times. The restaurant transforms into a lounge by the evening, and it also includes a gold Mercedes Benz DJ booth, which was among the “unique ideas” 2 Chainz contributed to the business.

“There’s a great level of trust involved between us,” Dillard said, per Franchise Times.

As for the main attraction at Esco Restaurant & Tapas, customers can look forward to menu items that include fish and grits, gumbo bowl, twin lobster tails, and brunch items like red velvet waffles with chicken.

The business model appears to be a success. Since opening the first location, the business has grown to three locations across Georgia and locations in Ohio and Tennessee, per the company website.

The company most recently expanded to Dallas, TX, with the opening of Esco Dallas Restaurant and Tapas, led by Franchisee and Air Force Veteran Apiphany Fuller, according to The Dallas Morning News.

“I’ve always wanted my own lounge, my own area to kind of curate my own experience and get people an experience that they’ve never had before,” Fuller said in an interview with The News.

Customers can expect to see some of the staple menu items seen at the other locations in addition to its drinks, which include the 1+1= 2Chainz cocktail or Snoops Fitted Suit made with lemon and agave.

“Esco is like a swanky, cool lounge where you can have a good time,” Fuller explained, per The Dallas Morning News.

For those looking to visit, the restaurant is open throughout the week except on Monday.
