MURRAY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Tennessee man faces several charges in Murray after police responded to a call of a reckless driver. Brandon Partee, 26, of Humboldt, Tenneessee faces charge of fleeing or evading police 1st degree on foot, fleeing or evading police 1st degree motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, wanton endangerment 1st degree, criminal mischief 1st degree, leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid, disarming a peace officer and disregarding a traffic control device.
