Beloit parks commission considering fate of bathhouse at Turtle Creek Park
The City of Beloit’s Park, Recreation and Conservation Advisory Commission will decide the fate of the old bathhouse at Turtle Creek Park. The city of La Crosse is discussing the idea of declaring housing as a “human right,” as other cities have done. The concept was debated on Wednesday by La Crosse’s human rights commission.
