How scary are you? Fright Fest auditions begin next weekend

AGAWAM, Mass. (WWLP)– Six Flags New England’s annual homage to Halloween is getting underway.

The park will begin auditions for “Fright Fest,” an event offering over 20 haunting
experiences including midway attractions, haunt zones, shows, fog cannons, and rides.

They will be hiring to fill many positions specifically for the event including ghouls, stage performers, singers, dancers, characters, and Kids Boo Fest coordinators. Behind-the-scenes personnel are also needed such as makeup artists, stage technicians, and scare zone attendants.

Those interested in auditioning for performance roles are asked to create a 1-minute comic monologue for the audition while being prepared to scream, walk, laugh, and creep like their favorite monster. Singers should prepare a verse and chorus of an up-tempo pop song reflecting their range and personality.

Interested applicants can get more information and fill out an application online at the Six Flags New England website . Auditions will be held on Saturday and Sunday, July 27th and July 28th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Six Flags human resources building on 1756 Main Street in Agawam.
