    Three Injured, Two Airlifted After Vehicle Plunges Off 14 Freeway In Agua Dulce

    Three individuals were injured, with two transported by helicopter after a vehicle plunged off the 14 Freeway in Agua Dulce Monday afternoon.

    Just after 4 p.m. Monday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision on Valley Sage Road and Escondido Canyon Road in Agua Dulce, said Luis Garcia, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

    Two vehicles were involved in a collision on the southbound 14 Freeway near Escondido Canyon Road, and one vehicle overturned several times before it landed on Valley Sage Road, according to California Highway Patrol (CHP) Logs.

    A helicopter was requested to respond.

    Two patients were transported via the helicopter to the hospital. A third patient was transported to the hospital via ground ambulance.

    The crash remains under investigation.
