The organization also co-hosted a Winter Festival to celebrate Chanute’s 150th anniversary.

    The meeting also recognized individuals and groups who have significantly contributed to the community. Orizon Aerostructures received the Appreciation award for significant investment outside the downtown business district. Community National Bank & Trust received the John Barr award for major economic investment in the downtown district.
