    Catskill High School Students' Project Brings Comfort to Local Domestic Violence Shelter

    A joint community service project between Catskill High School’s Fashion Design class and Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) chapter benefited the Community Action of Greene County’s domestic violence shelter in Catskill. Fashion students sewed fun pillowcases and FCCLA members purchased new pillows and held a sock collection. FACS teacher and FCCLA advisor Mrs. Merino and the students presented the pillows, pillowcases and socks to shelter representatives on February 12 after school.
