Grays Harbor College (GHC) has started a new admissions program with local high schools in Grays Harbor and Pacific counties. The admissions program is one of several new partnerships GHC has started this year. Others include a job program with local autobody shops and a learning network with the Elma School District, Clover Park Technical College, the Washington State University School of Medicine, and AJAC Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeships. GHC also has programs in Hoquiam, Ocosta, and Raymond high schools to help students plan for life after graduation.

Ashley Bowie Gallegos, GHC's dean of student services and enrollment management, says the new program will make it easier for students to move on from high school.
