    Sandhills Community College Offers Free Business Seminars for Local Entrepreneurs in May

    The 'Business Structures & Registration' seminar will discuss different business structures and their pros and cons. It will also cover registration with the NC Secretary of State, the IRS, and NC Department of Revenue. This seminar will be on Thursday, May 23, from 1-3 pm.

    'Money For Fun' will guide participants on starting a business based on their skills. It will cover how to start a business selling supplies for a hobby or teaching a hobby or talent. This seminar will be held online on Wednesday, May 29, from 6-8:30 pm.

    For veterans, the 'Boots to Business Reboot' seminar will provide guidance on starting and running a small business. This seminar will be on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 14 & 15, from 9 am -1 pm.
