Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) hosted its first Henry County Center Golf Tournament on April 12, 2024, at Paris Landing State Park Golf Club in Paris, Tennessee. The event aimed to provide a competitive golfing experience and raise funds for student scholarships at DSCC's Henry County Center.

Twelve teams participated in the tournament, with Team Ridgeway, led by Henry County Mayor John Penn Ridgeway, taking first place. Team members included Chris Burton, Randal French, and Rodney McKinney. Team White & Associates Wimberley Dyer Agency and Team First Bank finished second and third, respectively. All teams donated their winnings to the scholarship fund.

The tournament also featured several contests. Dustin McClure won the Putting Contest, Justin Muller won the Longest Drive Contest, and Jon Dyer won the Closest to the Pin Contest. These contests provided entertainment for the participants.

The event raised $3,266 through sponsorships and donations. Sponsors included platinum sponsor Because of Jesus and gold sponsor Servpro of LBL. Republic Services and White & Associates Wimberley Dyer Agency were among the hole sponsors. Coca-Cola and BSN supported as beverage and door prize sponsors, respectively.
