ParkFlag, the parking management program in Flagstaff, will implement a new booting and towing policy starting June 1. This policy is part of the city's efforts to improve parking enforcement and distribute parking spaces fairly in the Downtown Parking District. It aims to discourage repeat parking violations and promote adherence to parking regulations, which will help improve traffic flow and accessibility.

Under this policy, individuals who receive parking citations from ParkFlag will have 15 days to pay the fine or appeal it online. If the citation is not addressed within this period, it will be sent to the Flagstaff Municipal Court. At this stage, another 15-day period is provided to settle the fine or file an appeal. Ignoring this notice will lead to additional fines and penalties.

The policy includes strict measures for repeat offenders. Vehicles with three or more unpaid citations or judgments will be added to an immobilization list. These vehicles may then be booted or towed.

Flagstaff is turning to crap pretty quickly. How about you get rid of the metered parking instead of trying to profit off the citizens. Get rid of the BBB taxes. Stop raising water rates and property taxes. More, More, More is all we here out of local government. Lived here 32 years and this is the worst it's ever been
