An arrest has been made for the alleged shooting death of 22-year-old Jalen Jones, who was found dead in an Aiken shed.

ATF Rage Task Force and Richmond County sheriff's deputies this week arrested Jaquaez Bibbs, 28, of North Augusta, in the Augusta area. Aiken Department of Public Safety Lt. Jennifer Hayes said via news release that Bibbs' charges include murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

Jones' body was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a shed in the backyard of a home on the 300 block of Greenwich Drive in Aiken on May 6.

Bibbs is being held at the Richmond County Detention Center until his extradition hearing. This is still an ongoing investigation and more arrests are expected, said authorities.
