BLAIR COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Police in Blair County say two brothers are behind bars following an investigation into a shots fired incident from earlier in the week. Authorities say 25-year-old Robert McCloskey Jr. and 31-year-old Jody Colyer were reportedly involved in an incident early Sunday morning in which at least one shot was fired at a group of juveniles who were walking down the street.
