Say hello to Pretzel, the lovable 77-pound pup who’s searching for a new home and a lot of affection. This sweet, 9-year-old dog has been at the Orange County Animal Services shelter for just over two weeks, but he’s already made a big impression with his warm, cuddly nature.

Pretzel’s story began nearly a decade ago when he first came to the shelter as a puppy and was quickly adopted. Fast forward to this year, and he unexpectedly found his way back to the shelter as a stray. Sadly, his previous owner decided over the phone to surrender him without giving a reason.

Despite this setback, Pretzel is nothing but love and playfulness. He adores simple tricks for treats and, most of all, snuggling up close to his favorite person. Imagine a 77-pound teddy bear who just wants to be near you—that’s Pretzel!

If you’re interested in offering Pretzel a new home, visit Orange County Animal Services located at 2769 Conroy Road, Orlando, close to the Mall at Millenia. The shelter welcomes visitors daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with extended hours on Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. For additional information, explore their website for more details.
