Citadel’s associated companies have just filed a pre-application with Miami-Dade County for a new, massive headquarters on Brickell Bay Drive. This future tower isn’t just about office space—it’s set to include everything from hotels and retail spaces to health and fitness facilities. Plus, there’ll be plenty of dining options.

Construction is expected to take around three years, and while it’s still unclear if other businesses will lease space in the new building, it’s shaping up to be quite the landmark. Griffin has been vocal about his frustrations with “the deluge of bureaucracy” in northern cities, noting how South Florida offers a refreshing contrast.
