    South Florida continues to attract top-tier hospitality brands, with several high-profile restaurant and entertainment venues announcing expansions or openings in the region. From upscale dining to health-focused eateries and unique recreational offerings, here’s a look at the latest hospitality developments making waves in South Florida.

    1. The Flatiron Room - Miami

    The Flatiron Room, an upscale New York City restaurant and bar, is set to debut at the Aria Reserve Miamicondominium in Edgewater. Announced on September 5, 2024, by Aria Reserve's developer, The Melo Group, this luxury dining establishment promises fine and rare spirits with specialized drink lockers for guests. The Miami location, designed by New York City-based Aprèspace, will open once the waterfront development, located at 700 N.E. 24th St., is completed in 2025.

    2. Just Salad - Delray Beach

    Fast-casual chain Just Salad opened its seventh Palm Beach County location in Delray Beach at the Delray Place Shopping Center on 1841 S. Federal Highway. Known for its health-focused menu, the eatery offers salads, wraps, warm bowls, soups, and smoothies. Founded in 2006 by Nick Kenner and Rob Crespi, Just Salad continues to expand its presence in Florida, appealing to health-conscious customers.

    3. SEV MedSpa - Fort Lauderdale

    SEV MedSpa, a Los Angeles-based medical spa, has expanded into Fort Lauderdale, opening its first location at 701 N. Federal Highway. Launched on September 4, this 1,502-square-foot facility offers laser hair removal, injectables, and a variety of skin and body treatments. The medspa now boasts 46 locations across 10 states, following a successful launch in Miami.

    4. NFL Pop-Up Patio at Biscayne Bay Brewing - Miami

    Biscayne Bay Brewing, an independent brewery in downtown Miami, has launched an NFL-themed pop-up patiofor football season, running through January 5, 2025. Located at the brewery’s home in the old U.S. Post Office Building on 100 N.E. First Ave., the pop-up offers discounted beer, wine, cocktails, and snacks during games.

    5. Sushi by Bou - Wynwood, Miami

    Sushi by Bou, a renowned omakase restaurant, will open its fourth South Florida location on September 19 at the Arlo Wynwood hotel. The Japanese-inspired spot will offer a 14-seat sushi counter, with guests choosing between 12- and 17-course meals. Known for its intimate and curated dining experience, Sushi by Bou continues to grow its presence in Miami.

    6. Marion - Brickell, Miami

    Marion, a popular Brickell restaurant and lounge, will reopen on September 19 after renovations. Located on the ground floor of the Axis Brickell apartment complex at 1111 S.W. First Ave., Marion has been a nightlife hotspot since its founding in 2015, offering New American and Asian cuisine.

    7. X-Golf - West Palm Beach

    Indoor golf simulator franchise X-Golf will open its first South Florida location on September 28 in West Palm Beach at the Palm Beach Marketplace on 1900 Okeechobee Blvd. The venue, spanning over 10,000 square feet, will feature nine simulator bays, a two-bay private room for small events, and a 30-seat full-service bar. Brothers Steven and David Kittrell, originally from Jupiter, are the co-owners of the franchise.

    8. Zoom Room - Boca Raton

    Dog training franchise Zoom Room will open a new location on September 14 at 9930 Clint Moore Road in Boca Raton. Offering socialization and agility classes for dogs, the franchise also sells pet care merchandise. The Boca Raton facility is co-owned by David Sherman and Josh Krone, who also opened a Zoom Room in Coral Springs.

    9. La Boulangerie Boul'Mich - Kendall

    La Boulangerie Boul'Mich, a French and Latin bakery and café, will open its seventh South Florida location in Kendall at 8405 Mills Drive. The new café, expected to open in late September, will serve breakfast items, pasta, sandwiches, desserts, and grab-and-go meals. The franchise, co-owned by Avy Cohen and three Venezuelan partners, has become a staple in the region since its founding in 2014.

    These hospitality openings and expansions underscore the continued growth and appeal of South Florida as a destination for innovative dining and entertainment experiences.
