Las Vegas Raiders vs. Cleveland Browns prediction: Who wins NFL Week 4 matchup?

LAS VEGAS — The NFL season got off on the wrong foot for the Browns in Week 1 when the Dallas Cowboys rolled to a 33-17 win in Cleveland . However, the Browns avoided the dreaded 0-2 start by going to Jacksonville and holding off the Jaguars for an 18-13 win .

The return home last week to Cleveland was not as nice, as the Browns lost 21-15 to the previously winless New York Giants . The Browns will now look to regain their mojo Sunday at the 1-2 Las Vegas Raiders .

EASTERLING: It feels like this is a pivotal moment in the Browns season already, and it's only Week 4. It's certainly a pivotal moment in these predictions, as we'll spin the wheel one more time with them and hope it hits. BROWNS 20, RAIDERS 17

ULRICH: A makeshift Browns offensive line should stand a better chance against the Raiders than any other NFL defense. According to ProFootballFocus.com, the Raiders entered Week 4 ranked last in the league with 27 pressures. Three-time Pro Bowl defensive end Maxx Crosby has 11 of those pressures, and he's dealing with a high ankle sprain. BROWNS 17, RAIDERS 15

KADAR: What happens when two abysmal teams face off? Both 1-2, the Browns and Raiders have combined for just 11 offensive touchdowns through three weeks. The Buffalo Bills have 14 by themselves. Yikes. BROWNS 17, RAIDERS 14
