    Where is the Browns game? Channel 19 has technical difficulties at start of game

    The Cleveland Browns game against the Las Vegas Raiders game started at 4:25 p.m.

    That is, unless you were watching it locally on CBS Channel 19 WOIO.

    As the CBS broadcast shifted from its NFL studio show, a technical difficulties screen and a blaring siren ring appeared.

    The game was underway already, with the Browns starting with the ball. It finally came on with about 12 minutes left in the first quarter.

    Suffice to say, Browns fans were not happy.
