The Cleveland Guardians may be waiting for a while , but the MLB playoffs begin in earnest on Tuesday.
The Guardians will play the winner of a series between Houston Astros and Detroit Tigers in the American League divisional series. Cleveland won't play again until Saturday.
Cleveland is the No. 2 seed in the American League, with the New York Yankees taking the No. 1 seed this season.
New York will play the winner of the series between the Baltimore Orioles and Kansas City Royals.
