According to Realtor.com , the Bath home on Granger Road was built in 2020 on a 7.63-acre. At 9,005 square feet, the home has five bedrooms, five full and two half bathrooms and a five-car garage.

Located along the Yellow Creek, the listing describes the home as being a "contemporary colonial" style. It was designed by Gem and Clay Interiors with a focus on blending the interior design with the nature around it, according to the listing.

Starting with the curb appeal, the home has a circular driveway and a facade that's part stone, part stucco and a porch covered with a fiberglass roof.

Upon entering, the foyer opens up into the great room, which features a wall of windows and a two-story stone fireplace with built-ins on either side.

As seen in photos, the great room flows into the dining room, which is situated between the great room and the kitchen.

The chef's kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and a large island with room for six bar stools. There are some design elements worth noting as well such as the herringbone backsplash behind the Thermador range, an exposed stone wall and a wood paneled ceiling.

The listing also notes there's a butler's pantry with additional prep space.

The primary suite is located on the other side the main floor, the listing notes. It has a large bedroom with a wall of windows and a stucco fireplace with wood detailing. The en suite bathroom has two separate vanities, a makeup counter, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub with outdoor views. The suite also includes a dressing room, private office and hidden reading room.

Across the hall from the primary suite is a home office with a separate entrance and stairs to the lower level, the listing states. Two half bathrooms and the laundry room round out the main level.

The walk-out lower level has much to offer as well. There's a bar with room for four bar stools, a wine cellar, a work out room, a theater room, a golf simulator, a music studio and a guest suite.

Outside, there's a deck off the kitchen and great room, a private deck off the primary suite and two patios: one with a built-in fire pit and one down near the creek. The listing notes that you can kayak in the reservoir and fish in creek.

In photos, there's also an indoor basketball court, but it isn't mentioned in the listing so it's unclear whether it's a half or full size court.
