The deceased victim found in a tent behind a vacant home Tuesday morning in Sherbondy Hill has been identified as Michael Anthony Zazo, a 42-year-old man from Akron, according to the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office.

The cause of death is still being determined.

Officers originally responded to reports of a fight in the 800 block of Oberlin Street at around 5:25 a.m. Upon arrival, police searched the area for the reported fight, and while searching they discovered Zazo's body. He had signs of trauma leading investigators to believe the death occurred under suspicious circumstances, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.
