( KRON ) — The victims in a tragic domestic shooting last week that left five family members dead have been confirmed by the Alameda County Coroner’s Office Tuesday. Four of the family members, who were previously identified as the wife, in-laws, and 6-year-old son of the suspect, were shot and killed at a family home on Kitty Hawk Road last Wednesday.

A fifth victim, a one-year-old baby, died on Monday night. The coroner identified the victims as:

    • William Andrew Killian, 6-year-old male
    • Brenda Natali Morales, 36-year-old female
    • Miguel Angel Carcamo Ramirez, 70-year-old male
    • Wesley James Killian, 1-year-old male

The identity of the fifth victim has not yet been confirmed. All four of the victims identified by the coroner were Alameda residents.

The suspect in the killings, 54-year-old Shane Killian, is currently in custody in Santa Rita Jail. Killian faces charges of murder, attempted murder, possession of firearms and child abuse.

The killings, which occurred shortly before 9 p.m. last Wednesday, sent shockwaves through a typically quiet community. While Alameda Chief of Police Nishant Joshi said the killings were the unequivocal acts of a “coward,” no motive behind the killings has yet been made public.

A vigil outside the family’s home, just blocks up from the beach, continues to grow.
