AlamogordoTownNews.org and KALHRadio.org has confirmed with the Otero County Sheriff's Department that a juvenile is facing murder charges for the deaths of two others in Otero County in the Boles Acres community.

Otero County Deputies confirmed they found a boy and girl dead just after midnight on Tuesday near the community of Boles Acres which is nearly eight miles south of Alamogordo, New Mexico.

A third person was shot in the hand and being treated at Christus Medical Center in Alamogordo.

Youth violence and crimes as well as suicide rates are on the rise in Otero County and some suggest is a public health crisis.
