USAF Captain John Robertson of the 80th Operations Support Squadron succumbed to his injuries early Tuesday morning, May 14. On Monday, May 13, Robertson was severely injured during ground operations when the ejection seat of the T-6A Texan II aircraft in which he was activated.

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – On May 13, 2024, the New Mexico State Police responded to a critical incident at approximately 2:14 a.m. highlighting the dangers of impaired driving. Officers were westbound on Interstate 40 near mile marker 155 when they encountered debris on the roadway. Their quick response led them to the discovery of a serious collision involving a 2014 white Subaru Impreza and a 2007 orange Chevrolet Corvette.

A Zuni man pleaded guilty in federal court to assault with a dangerous weapon. In his plea agreement, Brian Aragon, 35, an enrolled member of the Zuni Pueblo, admitted that on June 19, 2019, he beat Jane Doe with a candelabra. As a result of the assault, Jane Doe suffered bodily injury.
