During my recent visit to Panda Express, I found myself with mixed feelings. The pancakes were a delightful surprise, their deliciousness making up for the somewhat slow service. However, the milk tea left a lot to be desired, falling extremely short of my expectations.
I had the opportunity to try their orange chicken, which was nothing short of fantastic. The staff was always ready to help, their service fast, efficient, and accompanied by a warm smile. However, I was disappointed to find that they had only half of their menu available, even though they were still open for business.
On the downside, I found the selection of food lacking and the quality questionable. I had a drive-through experience, and it was quite a challenge to hear the cashier over the street noise. The food I received didn't quite match up to what I paid for, making me question if it was worth the trip back. Despite these shortcomings, the security tags on the boxes for delivery orders were a nice touch.
While Panda Express has its highs and lows, it's not on my 'go back' list for now. The delicious pancakes and fantastic orange chicken are overshadowed by the limited menu and questionable quality of some dishes.
