"You never know what these bears will be up to each day," the caption reads. "That's why you should plan a zoo visit."

The clip shows Kova standing tall atop the rocky cliff that lines the water. With a quick look around, the bear—who shares her enclosure with new bear arrival, Cranberry— does a sort-of fall forward, becoming the most epic belly flop of all time! 10/10 for sure!

Of the 23,000 likes and hundreds of comments about the 11-second clip, many people appreciate the moment this polar bear delights in looking around at her surroundings before the fall, possibly hoping someone would witness her best dive!

"He looked over to make sure everyone was watching," one person said. "He just did a reverse trust fall!!" another joked. "He looked and said yep I got a crowd now for my award winning belly flop," another added.

Clearly, this bear was meant to be lead diver on the Olympic swim team!

What Makes Polar Bears Good At Swimming?

Like all polar bears, Kova's a naturally talented swimmer. PolarBears.Com explains the reason they swim so well has to do with their large, webbed paws that act as paddles, helping them move with speed seamlessly through the water.

Their front feet have sharp claws to make catching prey an easy task, but they serve double-duty also helping propel them forward. These cool bears are born with a thick layer of fat and fur to keep them warm in icy water while creating a buoyancy as they swim.

Though that all sounds amazing enough, polar bears swim thanks to strength from using all four limbs simultaneously. Not only does it help with speed, but maneuverability as they can push off from the bottom of the ocean floor for max propulsion, covering up to 10 km/h (6mph) in a short amount of time. The use of energy conservation in such a cold climate is unparalleled!

For up to 2 minutes, polar bears like Kova can maintain holding their breath beneath the water, making them excellent hunters and just plain fun to watch! Keep diving, Kova!
