BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - An area of vacant land is set to receive upgrades in downtown Bowling Green. The area along the Stadium Park Plaza parking garage will have several improvements to include areas for gathering and parking for food trucks to set up. This area will be named “The Fringe”.
