On July 8, around 1:30 p.m., troopers responded to Agency Building 1 at the Empire State Plaza in Albany for reports of a man exposing himself and performing a lewd act in public. Police say he fled before their arrival, which instigated an investigation.

Greeson was eventually identified as the suspect, per police. He was taken to Capital State Police for processing and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Albany City Court on July 22 and was released.
