The Albert Lea Public Library will host a virtual presentation with explorers Dave and Amy Freeman at noon Thursday at City Hall, 221 E. Clark St.

In September 2015, the Freemans embarked on a yearlong adventure in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness along the Canadian border in northern Minnesota. During their 366 days in the wilderness, they traveled more than 2,000 miles by canoe and dog team, visiting more than 500 lakes and streams. Join the event to learn why they embarked on this adventure.

As part of the library’s on-going Bring Your Own Lunch and Learn series, there is no registration or fee required.

For more information about library programs, visit the online calendar at https://alplonline.org/adult-services/programs-and-events/.
