Freeborn County bridge construction project begins May 15

The Freeborn County Highway Department and ICON Constructors will begin work on the replacement of a bridge on County Road 60 3.3 miles west of Emmons. The bridge and roadway will be closed beginning May 15 and will remain closed until project completion.

The tentative construction schedule shows project completion at the end of July.

All road users are asked to follow detour signage on County State Aid Highways 4, 11, and 2.
