Yair Alexander Lucero-Moreno, 27, was brought in by the Minnesota State Patrol on two harassment restraining order violations at 10:27 a.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway.

3 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested Leaf Everett Gold, 20, on a local warrant at 6:40 p.m. Friday at 76169 290th St. in Clarks Grove.

Police arrested Matthew Santee on two local warrants at 4:58 p.m. Friday at 522 W. College St.

Police arrested Robert Willaby on local warrants at 7:08 p.m. Friday near the intersection of East Ninth Street and Todd Avenue.

1 trespassed from fair

Deputies trespassed Sean David Bogren, 55, from the Freeborn County Fair at 8:54 p.m. Friday.

Fraudulent card use reported

Deputies received a report at 6:40 p.m. Saturday of a card that was fraudulently used at 2006 E. Main St.

2 cited for disorderly conduct

Deputies cited Dustin Allen Olson, 52, and Kasey Lee Avery, 25, for disorderly conduct at 5:49 p.m. Sunday at the Freeborn County Fair.

1 cited for hit-and-run

Police cited Abrie Sue Braziel, 23, for hit-and-run after receiving a report at 2:14 a.m. Friday of a vehicle that almost knocked down a street sign and hit another vehicle on Main Street.

Burglary reported

A burglary was reported at 9:58 a.m. Friday at 917 S. Broadway. Doors were reported kicked in.
