Committee announces nominations for WCTA board members

Winnebago Cooperative Telecom Association’s Nominating Committee members Wayne Bronleewe, Harold Brunsvold, Steven Brunsvold, Pete Gau and Don Helgeson met Friday.

The committee nominated a slate of candidates to fill the expiring terms of WCTA directors Mike Stensrud, Larry Foley and Nancy Moklestad.

The committee named the following to be on the ballot: Kevin Braun of Kensett; Julie Mabus of Lakota; and Hunter Kingland of Lake Mills.

WCTA is a member-owned cooperative providing a full range of telecommunication services and products to communities in north central Iowa and south central Minnesota.

WCTA members will receive ballots and notices prior to the September annual meeting. Members can vote by mail.

Next month’s meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 25 at the WCTA corporate office in Lake Mills.
