Deputies arrested Phetnarong Phomsoukha, 43, on a Freeborn County warrant at 8:48 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police arrested Hunter Meling, 24, on Mower County warrants after a traffic stop at 10:47 p.m. Wednesday near East Second Street and South Broadway.

1 arrested on probation violation

Deputies arrested Nay Moo, 30, on a probation violation at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

Vehicle broken into

A vehicle was reported broken into at 3:44 p.m. Wednesday at 89128 220th St. in Oakland. The break-in reportedly occurred sometime overnight. Several items were missing.

Cell phone stolen

A cell phone was reported stolen at 12:26 a.m. Wednesday at 910 S. Broadway.

1 cited for assault, disorderly conduct

Police cited one juvenile for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 9:38 a.m. Wednesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Child bitten by dog

Police received a report at 5:16 p.m. Wednesday of a 4-year-old child that was bitten in the leg by a dog at 720 Belmont St. Erik Lee Anderson, 35, was cited for dog at large and unlicensed dog.

1 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Daniel Irlas, 45, for domestic assault (fear) after receiving a report at 6:39 p.m. Wednesday of two males outside fighting at 715 S. Broadway.

Dump trailer stolen

A dump trailer was reported stolen at 8:03 a.m. Tuesday at 520 Riverroad SE in Glenville.

Combine reported on fire

A combine fire was reported at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday at 87352 255th St. in Austin.

Vehicle fire reported

A vehicle was reported on fire at 7:09 p.m. Tuesday near mile marker 174 on Interstate 90.

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 2:09 a.m. Tuesday at 512 E. Eighth St.

Multiple cited for unlawful assembly, underage drinking

Police cited Liberty Lee Kiefer, 18, for unlawful assembly and underage consumption at 3:14 a.m. Tuesday at 222 S. St Mary Ave. Nolan Monroe Perkins, 20, was arrested for unlawful assembly and obstruction; Ramiro James Vera, 20, was arrested for unlawful assembly and underage consumption. A juvenile was cited for unlawful assembly and underage consumption of alcohol, and another juvenile was cited for unlawful assembly, illegal consumption and curfew violation.

License plate reported missing

A license plate was reported missing off of a vehicle at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday at 1309 Louis St.

Juvenile cited for tobacco

Police cited one juvenile for possession of tobacco on school property at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday at 1000 E. Hawthorne St.

Police cited one juvenile for possession of a marijuana vape and possession of a nicotine vape at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Police cited Daniel Edward Shaw, 37, for misdemeanor order for protection violation at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Police cited Ethan Daniel Crews-Logan, 19, for underage consumption of alcohol at 10:06 p.m. Tuesday at 322 E. Fountain St.
