Train performed at Artpark Amphitheater on Friday, July 19, with Yacht Rock Revue opening, with both bands had the crowd singing and dancing to their classic songs all night. Yacht Rock Revue is not your typical tribute band. They add their own flare to the songs they sing, an array of classic hits songs from the 70s and 80s. 99-Year-Old Home Sells for Over $1 Million in Buffalo
A 99-year-old Delaware District home has become Erie County’s 38th private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. Developer Tim LeBoeuf and his wife, Brooke, paid $1.523 million for a circa-1925-era house at 92 Cleveland Ave. in the heart of Buffalo’s Delaware District. The house had been owned by Cleveland Avenue Development Inc., according to documents filed July 18 in the Erie County Clerk's office.
