Franklin Man Identified as Victim in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on East Central Street
By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A Franklin man has been identified as the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash on East Central Street Saturday night. The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office says Thomas Chandler was heading along Route 140 when he crossed over the center line while taking a curve and hit an oncoming car. Franklin Police say the driver of the car, a man in his 20’s whose name has not been released, was treated for injuries but is now out of the hospital. Franklin Police say no charges are expected against the car driver.
